The court has stated that his twitter feed is a form of official WH communication (which is why he cant ban people he doesnt like).

However, I expect he will get one chance after 1201p 1 20 2021, and when he does something hateful with it (oh you know he will), THEN a thor-level BanHammer will get dropped on his head.

Its GONNA happen, just not yet. Patience, Padawan.
