are basing it on the fact that the same day vote appears to mirror the same day vote in the upper Midwest...and that absentee/mail in ballots will as well, but they won't be counted for days and there's nothing particular to suggest that's actually true, and I think it's pretty clear he is going to lose fairly handily.
