but hasnt called the following states (with given numbers of EV and state statute certification dates)
3 AK 11/25
11 AZ 11/18
16 GA 11/20
15 NC 11/24
6 NV 12/01
20 PA 11/23
If NYT is right, Biden would now win with
(a) PA
(b) GA + any other
(c) NC + any other
(d) AZ + any other (except AK)

Arizona and Nevada sends Joe to the White House. Meanwhile, Trump doesn't seem to be winning anything, anywhere.

There's a nice graphic under How many votes are expected to come in, per county? for these states
Counties with large outstanding numbers are all blue big counties, but in some cases there are many smaller red counties with outstanding numbers. There's a drop down table below listing counties and outstanding votes. Total outstanding (my calculation) are as follows, with numbers in parentheses Biden's lead from NYT
AK: 234,237 (-51,382)
AZ: 573,754 (92,817)
GA 384,773 (-39,847)
NC 288,300 (-76,737)
NV 202,660 (7,647)
PA 911,688 (-195,953)
