And, apparently, Republicans in Arizona have a long tradition of voting by mail, so there's no guarantee about mail-in ballots favoring Democrats as we've seen elsewhere.

where republicans were ahead in the late mail in vote for some period of time.

Of course, that doesn't mean the entire batch will be 59 percent ahead...but it's all the data people have so they are obviously saying "what if."
