(32,017 posts)I havent read the opinion, but I hope the Court gave some guidance about what it means by closely and how the Courts definition of closely differs from the procedures currently being implemented by the duly-elected and appointed officers of the executive branch of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Absent such guidance, the Court is merely throwing fuel on a fire while accomplishing nothing constructive.
