Made pursuant to their interpretation of the State Constitution.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out, if in fact it does. If NV and AZ go for Biden none of this GA/NC/PA business is going to matter in the end.

If Biden ends up ahead before those late arrivals are even counted (I've heard tell they're sequestered ATM and not counted) and Biden has not yet won otherwise, Trump will have an interesting conundrum on his hands AFA whether or not to protest counting that particular set goes.

to change the situation after the fact, in effect disenfranchising 10's of 1000's (actually how many is it?) of voters in the process through no fault of their own.

I think it will come down to whether or not voters were led to believe by official proclamations from State authorities that they had until Election Day to mail their ballots.

If they were, I think even a bad court is going to rule against Trump.

Or rather, that absolutely is how things SHOULD work, IMHO.

There were 150k delivered late nationwide yesterday, according to the post office, so we're not talking big numbers in PA or any given state.
