Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro appeared on The Rachel Maddow Show Wednesday night to address the latest lawsuit brought by President Trump against the state. The Trump campaign filed the legal complaint against the state, this time in an attempt to block the counting of mail-in ballots. This came as Trumps sizable lead over Joe Biden continued to deteriorate throughout the day. But Shapiro says the votes will be counted. Trump had previously filed suits prior to the election aimed at limiting how and when ballots could be collected.
It is really a new suit in the line of many that have been dismissed outright and found to have absolutely no merit. And I just want to assure you, Rachel, these ballots here in Pennsylvania are going to continue to be counted, Shapiro said, adding, Theyve brought a lot of suits here in Pennsylvania to try and limit the vote, and now seemingly to try and stop the counting. Every time theyve brought a lawsuit, weve won. And if they want to bring another one, well win again to protect the good people of Pennsylvania.
Earlier in the day, Trump dispatched his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and son Eric to Pennsylvania, where they held a press conference deriding the continuing counting of votes, and Shapiro had thoughts on Giuliani.
Maybe they need to stop listening to Rudy Giuliani so much, Shapiro said. I think that may be one of their problems.

Giuliani's drunken ramblings along with Trump's idiot son can be quite unnerving.
