And there are also ~15,000 impounded by a settlement with Trump until tomorrow, due to some mailing error?

... that the ballots in question were as many for Trump as there were for Biden. And the number isn't even that large, only a handful in each precinct, less than 100 per county. Why waste time for such a small thing that's not going to change the outcome?

These were mailed ballots that had small things wrong, like maybe they forgot to sign it, or they put the wrong date, etc. The County Elections Offices (some of them) were reaching out to the voters and letting them know that their ballot might be invalidated due to the small error. So people had time to fix the error and that's how the ballots became "cured."

Everything was done before November 3rd. There's absolutely no funny business here, and certainly no voter fraud.
