(1,751 posts)Basically, the lazy lying steaming pile Hump's lawyers file the suits so like anyone who hires a lawyer they are paid by the client: the Trump campaign. However, the states still have to put up for their end of the case.
The stature concerning recounts as it pertains to WI states the requester pays for a recount if the vote difference is greater than .25%. Under .25% starts an automatic recount the cost of which is covered by the state. If the requester wins they get a refund or a partial refund if the count is started and then stops. The money comes up front or no recount.
