They ARE still expecting more absentee ballots from the Board of Registrars tomorrow, as officials told me this afternoon. Those would be military, cured ballots, etc. But the big outstanding number we've been talking about they expect to post tonight.

My updated story: Chatham County, GA now expects to post its roughly 15K outstanding absentee ballots tonight.
Of the already-posted ballots, 73% picked Biden.
