...because that just means that all precincts have reported, so only mail-in and drop-off ballots remain to be counted.

...a lead of around 61K. If this is a new update with more absentees added in, it means the margin hasn't changed, so bad for Trump's chances to catch up. But, more likely, it's just the same numbers as before.
