About the House. We are still paying for the 2010 Midterms.

2010 was a Census Year.

After we abandoned President Obama, and surrendered 2/3rd of the Statehouses to tri-corner hat dipshits, the Retrumplicans used surgical precision to gerrymander the everloving fuck EVERYWHERE they could. Remember, this was a multi-billion dollar Koch funded effort designed to ensure Retrumplican control of statehouses and the House of Representatives for generations.

They so gerrymandered the fuck out of Ohio, for example, that the Retrumplicans could win 50.1% of the statewide vote and get 86% of the states representation.

Some states have managed to fix some of that through legislation and litigation, but we are still playing on that tilted field.

If Retrumplicans turn out, the map is designed to ensure Retrumplican wins.

This goes a long way to explain the somewhat difficult day Dems in the House had on Tuesday.

My point being...Don't ever stay home for any election...including county Dogcatcher, AND

NEVER STAY HOME AND SKIP ANY ELECTION WHERE THE YEAR ENDS IN ZERO!

1. There should be a second point. Start figuring out ways to fix the gerrymandering fiasco.

Is to ensure we vote and control as many state legislatures and governorships as we can.

You need to control the map drawing when the maps are being drawn.

3. Dems were able to win in 2018 because of turnout

and a few states had been able to fix some of the districts the Kochpublicans had gerrymandered.

But, those 2010 maps were written so that Retrumplicans would control the House for a generation.

Take a look at GA. Biden is going to win GA, but I bet 70% of the GA Congressional Delegation will be Retrumplicans.

Look at Wisconsin and Michigan.

Hell, look at North Carolina.

We may have had some issue with the defund the police, but, the real reason Dems did not do as well in the House, despite Bidens 70M+ votes is the 2010 midterms.

If you're not in the room when the maps are drawn, you need to win by over 9M votes nationwide to pick up seats.

AND...Those maps are for 10 years!

Some of us don't have that much time left.
