Biden is gonna pull ahead in Georgia at midnight

Clayton county will put him over the top. They plan to release 5700 final ballots remaining at midnight and he is carrying the county mail ballots over 80%.

5. technically tRump only needs 269 Electoral Votes, Joe needs 270

tRump would win the tie-breaker - House would vote by state delegation and GOPers control more state delegations than Democrats. Pence of course would win the tie-breaker in the Senate.

and international votes. No guarantee that military will vote for Trump but would be nice to have a pad just in case.
