When Trump loses, it will be time to invoke the 25th Amendment.

After his speech this evening, there is reason to legitimately fear what Trump will do between now and Biden’s inauguration in January. Trump is losing it psychologically and god knows what he’s capable of. The reality is he cannot leave office anything but a ruined man. He more likely than not will end up bankrupted (again) and a target for countless prosecutions. This may mean that he cannot leave office, and who knows what he might try to retain power. The thought of what he might do is scary. He needs to be removed ASAP.
