Can we fuck with the Trump campaign's election defense fund?

The all caps texts and emails they've been sending out asserting fraud and asking for money have been fast & furious, and we all know that any money they get is going to go to line their pockets just like the inauguration fund and everything else they've touched.

For some campaigns you can actually make them lose money by donating - like the cost of processing $X is more than $X. Can we do that?
