It’s abuse. I despise the Grahams. When I was a little girl my mother died of cancer over a terrible four years. She adored Billy Graham and gave them money she didn’t have and I’m pretty sure she believed they could help her. I don’t know—she was young and uneducated and sweet and naive. But we’ll I remember being a shocked and grieving thirteen year old getting those damned prayer letters in the mail for months after she died.

I don’t begrudge people their wishes. Like my mother sometimes they just need to hold onto something. But she got NOTHING of use from them. She was not a person at all, just a mark. And that bastard is still shearing his father’s flock, while people suffer and die.
