yet to be checked and counted in PA. These provisional ballots are from all over the state so no one knows how many are for Biden and how many are for Trump. Many of them are ballots from people who did not get their mail-in vote in time so they voted in person. They have to check to make sure that they did not vote by mail. Just heard on CNN from Katie Hobbs, Secretary of State, there are still 230,000 ballots to count in AZ so it also can't be called.
