I'm wondering how many of those provisional ballots in Allegheny county

Are like my kid’s ballot. He was one of 29,000 Allegheny county residents that received the wrong ballot (wrong candidates on the ballot).

The county figured it out, figured out who got them and sent off replacement ballots.

My son didn’t get the right type of ballot the second time, although it was the right slate of candidates.

So his ballot ended up being a provisional one - because he couldn’t vote in person on Election Day. He was busy all day working the polls at a location nowhere near his normal polling place.
