They'd already ordered it and PA is already doing it.

This was just in response to a Trump request where Alito basically said, ok, we already told them to do this but ok we will tell em again, but we aren't going to tell them not to count them at all.

So no change, no affect.

this was a ridiculous duplicate order of the one made by the PA SOS prior to the election to all counties and precincts.
