they clearly want to see a chunk of the provisionals, and I don't see that happening before 10.
Not enough to satisfy them that Trump isn't dominant on them.
If it's tied or he's up a little, they will probably call it after they see a quarter to a third of them.

of AZ and NV being called by then instead of PA. They seem hung up on the provisionals , and those usually get counted last.

revolved completely around PA being the state that would decide the presidency. Calling any combination of NV, AZ or GA even if they are 100% counted, makes PA irrelevent. Can't have that, can we?
