The new order includes: Alaska, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Mississippi, North Dakota, Ohio and West Virginia

That’s not fair. Valid votes could be sitting in post offices around the country, and those votes should count if, in fact, it was the USPS’s fault that they were not delivered in a timely manner.
