6. States never call anything. Never. Not once in any state in any election.

States simply reports the results as they happen. Once all the counting is done and any legal challenges satisfied and any recounts complete they will certify the official certified state results. That never ever ever happens until every single vote has counted and usually takes 1-3 weeks after the election.

Every state "called" in 2020 has been by the networks. They are projections and 100% unofficial. Nothing official will happen for weeks.
