that his statements can be construed as grounds for bail revocation.

Not only that, but his threats were aimed at two GOVERNMENT officials, which would seem to have more gravity.

This is America, where Republicans shoot people. This is not Syria where ISIS beheads them. What does Bannon think we are, bloodthirsty killers? Look at Kenosha. When Republicans kill people, they do it quick and they leave their victim's body intact. They show respect, after all.
