Pence will handle the transition.

I believe Trump will resign before Jan 20th. Pence will pardon him and others and handle the transition. I can't see Trump transitioning any other way.

2. The Man with No Consciousness and a fly on his head? Cool.

Maybe he gets a special reprieve from criminal liability.

3. I agree....It will save him money in Lawyer fees for Federal crimes

He will hit up his followers to pay for his State legal costs which will be astronomical. He will leave the kids to fend for their own costs.

4. Yes, I agree

It is his only route that doesn't end in a jail cell.

You canít be pardoned unless you are convicted.

9. Not true.

He can pardon anyone, himself included, on blanket crimes (federal charges) if he chooses.

8. He won't resign.

If anything, he'll pardon himself and keep right on burning down the democratic process a he's forced out. He has no decency, respect for our nation or its people. He's in it only for his brand and gives no cares for anything else. He's more than willing to burn it all down on his way out and then cover his own ass.

He truly doesn't care at all about any damage he does, he's only in it for him and what he can twist this into as he departs which might later turn into profit for he and his own. That's it.

Watch and learn. The GOP has zero control over him (their own faults, but they sold their souls for judges) and are nothing but a tool of his now. It's the old, "in for a penny, in for a pound" term in real-time. He knows this, and so do they.

10. I think he'll resign too

He'll say he's not going to waste his time as a figure-head. He's going to get back to his business and may run again. May run as 3rd party. It just depends. He throws the 3rd party out there to keep people kissing his ass.

And he wants the pardon. Let's face it, Pence will never be president another way, so he'll jump at the chance.

14. Yes. It will be fun watching him claim guilt on federal tax evasion charges, via a Pardon

But then try convince the Manhattan DA and NYSAG that hes innocent if exactly the same charges from their offices.

18. Pence will probably handle the transition whether Trump quits or not.

He at least dabbled in governing for a while. Trump will pout and not want to do any of it. Plus he doesn't know what the hell is going on anyway, so who is he to inform Biden?
