The VP breaks the tie so the party of the VP is the majority and names the majority leader.

Under Bush/Cheney, a co-majority leader situation existed briefly but the Repubs controlled parliamentary procedures as they held the Executive.
I'd say FUCK McConnell. NO sharing

Presumably at this point that would be Harris and thus the Democratic party is the majority and the leader is whoever they want.

Pence is the tie-breaker until then, I believe.
That said, Im not sure both GA Senate candidates will win. I hope they do, but Warnocks opponents combined are over 50%.
