Seriously though, I don't think there will be much problem. This will be January. Turn off the heat. It's a government building. Remove all the food. Give the staff time off - all at the same time. Cut off communications including cable and wifi. Have the guards stop all deliveries in and not let any of his staff back in once they leave. Let them wander the white house in the middle of winter low on food. Let his Secret Service guards bring their own food and eat in front of him. He'll think of some excuse to save face, but I'm pretty sure he'll leave. Joe Biden can be inaugurated without necessarily returning to the White House for a few days. He's pretty much comfortable anywhere, but I really think Trump will suddenly decide he urgently needs to visit Mar-a-Lago.
