Clearly whoever is making these estimates on the timing of the release of data have been way off the mark nearly every time. Seems to me if they dont know for sure, dont make such a precise estimate.

paint your house, get stuck in a traffic jam, give birth, write a book, hike the Appalachian Trail, and be back in time before the results come in.
