How Biden can force dRumpf's hand in regards to him leaving office.

Assuming Joe wins which of course would make the orange felon a lame-duck President.

It's simple..

To the orange felon..
How you act in the lame-duck era of your illegitimate presidency will determine whether you will be prosecuted or to what extent.

Provide a peaceful and smooth transition or you will be prosecuted.

(and no, I'm not suggesting deal-making for prosecuting the multitudes of Trump crimes)

So, maybe we can distract him by paying his golf fees for the next two months?

Put pressure on Pence.

You should know by now that working with Trump is a zero sum game. The only way you win is to not play.

I don't believe he get the federal government to do anything as damaging as would be our failure to bring him to justice. If we don't, we are simply saying to the next autocrat-wannabe...go for it.

I'm sure he can order damaging events/activities, I just don't think they'll get acted on. The "he's still my president" thing will only reach so far.

Just one man's opinion.

We need to pass legislation making it blatently illegal for a potus to 'threaten" people with the power of the doj.

The doj should act on any and all crimes in their jurisdiction, but WITHOUT potus influence.

We aren't trump.

People, other than joe, can make it clear that failing to leave peacefully would be a federal crime and leave it at that.

If he is still in the WH at that time he is trespassing and an active threat to the President. Send in the cops to drag him out in chains.

No deals, no bargains, no threats. This isn't dumpy decision. The people have spoken.

Let the Secret Service will deal with it. If need be, they can call in the Marines or a SEAL team. The SEALs have some experience rooting out dictators from spider holes and extracting terrorists from fortified compounds. Trump won’t be an issue.

Biden should focus on his Transition so he can hit the ground running and immediately address the Pandemic.

No deals for Trump. As a practical matter, a federal pardon would not insulate Trump from State charges, so it may be a non-issue. He needs to be imprisoned. If he is not prosecuted, he will continue to incite his base to violence and insurrection. Fuck him.

Manhattan DA pursue charges against trump once he's out of office.

AND THAT'S A GOOD THING because that MFer deserves to do plenty of time.

Someone should've told him "if you can't do the time, don't do the crime."

I know you want the world to think you're King of America and that you are calling the shots.. but truth is.. you are not either of those things:

A concession is not required, it's a courtesy. It's not necessary for the losing candidate to concede for the winning candidate to be seated & the losing candidate is not obliged to concede once defeat has been conclusively demonstrated. We just expect a concession speech because it has been a civilized part of our elections for years.

Truth is, dONALD, you can stay in your bunker pouting (until Jan 20) and not say one word of concession, and Joe Biden will still be sworn in as President on Jan 20

(You can continue pouting for as long as you want, just not in the People's House.. (The White House)

If he claims he is it will carry no more weight than if I declared myself Emperor of Texas today. No bargains. A big part of the reason we're in such a mess is that whole looking forward not back thing. Have to show the Rs that consequences exist.

Don't congratulate him on a race well fought.
Don't work with him in transition.

Just go about filling posts in the Biden Admin, and begin reversing everything Trump did by Executive Order.
