(7,365 posts)Dump has been really gaining, it's now down to 20K. I guess Pima being a blue lock is maybe the buffer.

(4,845 posts)It's too close to call the state but Trump is running out of votes to catch up.

(6,477 posts)If that was the last big batch out of Maricopa, I don't see how Trump makes it up in the other counties, especially with Pima still sitting on votes.

(34,409 posts)Thats all it takes for Biden to win.
We have PA. The election is over. Media hasn't called it, true, but that is meaningless. If you went to a baseball game and watched your team win, would you stress out over the result until you saw the score in the newspaper the next day?
We have known that Joe won since mid-day on WEDNESDAY. I truly don't understand why anyone is nervous. It is amazing to me.

(4,131 posts)It won't be 'over' until Joe is sworn in. Who knows what kind of shit Trump will pull?
The part we can be comfortable with is that Joe got the votes he needed, in the places he needed them, to win. That part is over. The hard part now is dealing with Trump and his crazy cultists for the next two months.

(7,365 posts)I thought I heard that. If Pima is as strong a blue hold as some say then that should be Joe's buffer.

(33,643 posts)Not crushing by any means, he's still off-pace and has been in every dump ... but worrisome. He's definitely within striking distance.
Still a LOT of outstanding votes in the State compared to Biden's lead.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY want Joe to pull AZ!!!

(14,853 posts)I think (and hope) Biden will prevail. A bigger electoral vote cushion might overcome any Republican thoughts of disregarding our democracy.

(10,500 posts)They are on a relentless march down the road towards fascism.
The election of Joe Biden will not stop that. In fact, and argument can be made that it will escalate it.
We need to recognize the fact the Republican Party is done with democracy. Trump, their lawmakers, their judges, their FBI agents and inspector generals. The entire party is now committed to converting the United States into the Confederacy.

(85,977 posts)...Trump fell short of 60% so he'll need slightly more of the next batch to have any hope of catching up.
