They told me they sold more champagne today than on New Years Eve.

My son sent me a picture of him slamming a bottle of champagne in the streets of Manhattan surrounded by other students (at a safe distance and in masks) who were celebrating.

My daughter walked to Boystown in Chicago and sent a video of the crowd (again all in masks) dancing and singing.

A giant pall has lifted over our nation!

I am lifting a glass now...cheers to DU, without this place I would be insane.

Giddy is the best way to describe our calls. We had to live thru 2 horrific golf cart parades for Trump. Imagine being one of the 3 black families in our community and having that parade drive by the front of your home 3 days after your 28 y.o. son died from Covid.
