Congratulations to Abigail Spanberger (D-VA 7th district) - I am calling it for her!

with 99% in, she leads by 1 percentage point. In VA, votes postmarked by Tuesday were counted if they were received by Friday. So I don't know why the NYTimes, WaPo, etc., are not calling it yet and haven't updated their results from 95-96% vote in. Maybe it's because so much attention is understandably focused on GA, etc., for the presidential election, but this is an important hold for the House.
Spanberger won in 2018 in a red district and had a closer-than-expected race this year.
