ferrying VIPs around. No idea who. It's not flotus or potus or VP as they have their own call signs. It is a large plane (757 variant I believe) so Secretary of State or other high level administration.

11. Right. There's no one big on board. I see the VC-25s that often function as AF1 flying around

from time to time, but they're just on flights to check out the engines or airframe or crew.

This guy is up over Connecticut now. He's still at 35,000 feet.
