I think a few possible ones:

Chief of Staff - Ron Klain
State - Susan Rice
UN Ambassador - Pete Buttigieg
Justice - Sally Yates

I don't expect Elizabeth Warren to be in the Cabinet. I think she's more useful in the Senate, especially now that control of that body is in question.

There was a piece in Politico which had Butttitieg going to Veteran’s Affairs, Doug Jones to DOJ and retired Gen. Wesley Clark to DOD.

AG is Xavier Becerra, or maybe Preet Bharara

Yates can be Special Counsel to investigate Russian election interference in 2016, 2018, 2020 and coming in the future.
