doesn't really work that way BUT, he can easily make him an SES which in the civilian system has the equivalent rank of a General Officer.

Something using his Ukraine specialties. He will be just fine. Need to take care of his brother too of course, who was also negatively affected.

Andrew McCabe was fired 2 days before he was eligible for full retirement. He should be appointed to a federal position..even for two days...to rectify this wrong.

You can return him to active duty, but with retirement and any new employment he finds then he is ahead of the game. I'm a vet. He also receives low cost medical benefits for life with twenty years of service.
