I'm not sure there's an easy way to know that. I will say that Biden's lead in Georgia increased again by the grand total of one vote. The lead is now 10,196. I'm figuring that means there aren't any votes left to count in Georgia, but that's just a guess.

So if he stays above .5% there is no basis for a recount. Do I have that right? 0.5%?
