He speculated the same very real danger exists in America.

which is much larger and more influential than the Murdoch media empire.

I think that Murdoch identified a right wing audience that was already there and then went on to exploit and expand it.

Now it has grown to include more media outlets and especially social media influencers that are beyond the control of corporate media.

.... but they remain somehow acquiescent about rampaging Fascism like America was not truly their home. So media (corporate TV & radio) (plus social media)make no or pathetically limited moves to squelch the Nazi groups as they recruit and flourish.

Somehow this Nazi/Fascism stuff needs to be talked about more,... and efforts to eradicate it to some extent with governmental policies must come about,... or Fascism will devour and fully decimate Democracy. The magic hand of the free market place has failed to address the issue, consequently Fascism now runs rampant.

That is a day we will regret if we do not soon take action against the encroachment of Fascism through society. See Eastern Europe,... see France, Italy, Spain and others of Western Europe. See Brazil, see Venezuela, see the Philippines. See China, see Russia.

If we do not attend to this wave of Fascism plus autocratic leaders it is going to smother us and permanently snuff out Democracy.
