He didn't say where he got the evidence but his pants were down.

The South Carolina Republican went on the claim that he had evidence of 15 dead people voting in Pennsylvania.
If we dont challenge and change the U.S. election system, there will never be another Republican president elected again, he asserted. President Trump should not concede.

Do these republican clowns even think before they open their mouths or is it just free-association asshattery?

(490 posts)these insane Republicans personal lives and so forth, but it might be a necessary evil to stop a complete subversion of and eventual end to democracy. A successful dictator is inevitable given the rhetoric.
If theres information on Lindsey Graham that he doesnt want made public, it needs to emerge unless he stops spewing falsehoods like a pantomime Alex Jones.

(54,770 posts)someone who died years ago voted, that would be an issue. Still not going to be enough to offset Biden's victory. Besides, I bet there are some GOPers who voted and died too.
Point is, don't have an issue with trying to improve system. I do have an issue if it's used to delegitimize Biden's victory or change the system to purposely help GOPers.

(36,828 posts)Because the could not even canvas the ballots until the morning of the elections and deaths are not exactly a state secret so it would have been easy for the election supervisors to flag any such votes. In fact I would suspect that if the number is real that is where Rudy got it. The people sent in their ballot and then died and their vote was not counted as a result.

(54,770 posts)"What happens when an eligible voter casts an absentee ballot and then passes away before Election Day? This question comes up more and more, as absentee/mail voting, and even early in-person voting, gain in popularity.
"Do these pre-Election Day votes count? Like everything else related to elections, the answer varies from state to state. By our count, statutes in at least 13 states (Arkansas, Connecticut, Idaho, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Tennessee and Virginia) direct election officials to count these ballots.
"Massachusetts has done so most recently, with the enactment of HB 4820 in July: The absentee or early ballot of any voter who was eligible to vote at the time the ballot was cast shall not be deemed invalid solely because the voter became ineligible to vote by reason by death after casting the ballot.
"Again by our count, 13 states go the other way and are clear that these ballots are not to be counted: Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky (by an AGs opinion, 77-667), Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia and Wisconsin.
"Regardless of the law, it is hard to retrieve a ballot from someone who has died between casting it and Election Day. Once the absentee ballot has been verified and the ballot is removed from the envelope for counting, the ballot cant be retraced to the voterits a secret."

(7,899 posts)Lindsey is upset because the cat is out of the bag. The greater the number of citizens who are allowed to vote, the better the chance for the winner to be elected by an actual majority of the voters.
