someone who died years ago voted, that would be an issue. Still not going to be enough to offset Biden's victory. Besides, I bet there are some GOPers who voted and died too.

Because the could not even canvas the ballots until the morning of the elections and deaths are not exactly a state secret so it would have been easy for the election supervisors to flag any such votes. In fact I would suspect that if the number is real that is where Rudy got it. The people sent in their ballot and then died and their vote was not counted as a result.
