Before Kasich urges Biden to meet Congressional Republicans halfway, maybe he should urge the Republicans to, you know, acknowledge Biden's victory.

I can remember when Obama went far more than half-way with republicans and they pretty much spit on him. He tried so hard to be a bi-partisan, unifying president and they were having none of it, PERIOD.

Yes, it is important for the president to work with republicans, but if they aren't willing to compromise, what is he suppose to do?

not make Republicans like us. It will make them feel even more contempt than they do already. Why are WE always supposed to bow down to them? Why is it our side that is expected to give in on everything?

There needs to finally be a line, a place where we say "No".

The GOP will turn on him as soon as they recover and smell Biden's defeat is in the air. Biden has to deliver for the average working class stiff.
