1. IMHO, I think we keep doing what we're doing...

The incoming Biden Administration should, at the macro level, ignore the frivolous lawsuits and keep plowing ahead. Let the army of lawyers they have in place slap these lawsuits down in court, not the media. Let those victories be the story, as they have been. Don't feed the monster by giving them the oxygen and/or the sunlight they need to survive.

Just IMHO, I think the Biden team is executing this flawlessly, as they did their campaign.
