The Trump campaign has not committed to put up the $3 million required to pay for a recount in Wisconsin, the Link to tweet

It is an indication that they’re not super serious about pursuing one and that their announcements are mostly for show.

3. In all these contested states, Trump needs more than a recount

A simple recount might change the vote totals by a few hundred either way; Biden’s lead could even grow. To succeed, Trump needs to get whole categories of ballots thrown out. You can kind of see that Republicans are making statements about mailed ballots being illegitimate. But they will end up having to argue different sides of that issue in different states, just like they wanted to “stop the count” in PA but “count the votes” in AZ. They are clearly afraid of what widespread mail-in voting will do to their future electoral prospects.

The votes are counted, there's nothing that anyone is going to do to take those off the board. If they did it would be a coup and would start a literal war.

Somebody needs to convince Trump that it's over. He lost fairly and bigly.
