Murphy, the administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA), must make an “ascertainment” that Biden has won the presidency before the transition can contact federal agencies or access the millions of dollars set aside for the team

Murphy could play it safe and wait until December 14, when the Electoral College is set to cast their ballots for the president. But doing so could also significantly hamper the Biden transition effort and leave them scrambling amid dueling public health and economic crises.

Trump is holding out for his legal challenges, like Hitler held out for armies, that did not exist, to come to the rescue of Berlin in '45. Perhaps someone will slap some sense into him next week and he can get his head out of his ass and do the right thing for once in his life. You lost, Donnie. Suck it up, buttercup. Trump is an infected pustule on the ass of humanity, the quicker it is lanced, the quicker it will heal.
