What I think President Biden should do in regards to his cabinet

He should release two lists, one which he intends to submit to the Senate and a 2nd that he will appoint under the law that allows him to name acting people. the 2nd list should be considerably more liberal than the first but the first list should be solid liberals. He should make it crystal clear that he will appoint the 2nd list to any position for which the first list can't get a vote. If we didn't win the Senate then we have to trim back some, but the amount we trim back should be a discrete finite amount and if the GOP doesn't like that, then none has to be the alternative.
