Election security needs to be one of Biden's priorities

I don’t feel our elections are secure. Paper ballots don’t ensure integrity unless recounted manually or the vote tabulation machines are not controlled by private entities. Voting tabulation hacks aren’t that hard and Rove has most certainly done it before.

https://harpers.org/archive/2012/11/how-to-rig-an-election/

“Late on Election Day, John Kerry showed an insurmountable lead in exit polling, and many considered his victory all but certified. Yet the final vote tallies in thirty states deviated widely from exit polls, with discrepancies favoring George W. Bush in all but nine. The greatest disparities were concentrated in battleground states—particularly Ohio. In one Ohio precinct, exit polls indicated that Kerry should have received 67 percent of the vote, but the certified tally gave him only 38 percent. The odds of such an unexpected outcome occurring only as a result of sampling error are 1 in 867,205,553. To quote Lou Harris, who has long been regarded as the father of modern political polling: “Ohio was as dirty an election as America has ever seen.”

Why was this never looked into?

I just want to know that no cheating is going on, regardless of party. I mean, we had as much proof as you can have for Ohio but NO INVESTIGATION AND NOTHING CHANGED.

I don’t get it. Why can’t a forensic analysis be done to at least verify integrity? It’s our most critical right as citizens!

I don't know if he can do anything without Moscow Mitch signing on. And MM LIKES it the way it is.

The House passed a massive Election Funding and Overhaul bill and Mitch laughed, called it a partisan wish list, and let it die.

Serious (not sarcastic) question. I’d would assume Biden could request an investigation to ensure integrity...especially as our intelligence agencies have already warned that our voting infrastructure HAS been hacked into. Then if a breach is discovered it would be tough for Mitch to turn down funds to secure our elections and prevent these breaches.

The IC can certainly dig into the system and find problems, but I would guess that Congress might have to weigh in if the fix involves spending any $$$.

I would think it VERY hard for Mitch to try and block funds. All Americans want to know their vote is accurately recorded, no matter which political party you support

My worry is that if fraud is uncovered it will be considered too damaging to public trust so some higher ups will decide they need to hide this information. Obama did this when he was alerted to hacking and Russian intervention because he didn’t want it to appear he was trying to help Hillary. I call BULLS*T on that. It’s OUR vote and we deserve to know if it’s being f*cked with.

His name is Clint Curtis. He was hired to create vote flipping software. Sorry. He was involved in flipping votes in the 2000 election. But I'm sure it's never stopped.
