they are 0 for 10 right now and all these were just summarly rejected by judges. It never made it past the initial hearing.

And by correctly I mean appeal-proof, with no legal holes to drive through. I used to work for a judge, and from first-hand experience I know that some of these decisions, which may seem obvious to Monday-morning quarterbacks who don't know anything about the law, have some intricacies that have to be addressed. They should take as much time as they need to be sure their decisions are rock-solid.
