I got what I thought was a speeding ticket... but I couldn't pay a fine at the county clerks office... so I had to go to court.

My case was called and the Judge looked at me and then at the docket... and said "Mr. Lapfog... you've been charged with... you've been charged... uh I can't tell what you've been charged with... you are free to go. Mr. X (DA) I don't ever want to see this sort of thing on my docket ever again, you understand?"

I said Thank you, your honor and beat a speedy exit from the court room.

Always have your paperwork in order before appearing before a judge!
