That would be 641,000 people infected.

Scrolling through the twitter thread & responses, I think what you mean is that of those tested, 20% are returning positive results. That's a lot different than a 20% infection rate.

20% is the test positivity rate, not the infection rate.

The infection rate for Utah is 1.2 (not percent, just 1.2). It means that each person with COVID will infect approximately 1.2 additional people.
