Not saying that they should be added to the official vote, but we should know just how the ballots might have changed the outcome as well as the reason(s) for the late arrival

Some of those ballots likely sat undelivered for days. The answers to where they were, why they didn't get delivered on time, and how the votes tally should be investigated, along with who was responsible. DeJoy has got to be brought forward to answer for his actions.

A lot of states have a "postmarked by" rule. But, whatever the rules are ... That's kinda what your stuck with.

And we all knew something was up? I'm in ORegon. Got email from county elections that my ballot had been received the day after I handed my ballot to my mail carrier. Funny how we had no such problems here with election mail.
