Pelosi should start impeachment hearings if his behavior goes too far off the rails. Firing a cabinet Secretary does not qualify, but screwing up the postal service to win an election does (assuming you want to go down that road with the short time window).

This goes onto the LONG list of Trump actions that will need to be investigated, but at this stage he's throwing a temper tantrum, and significantly, very few people are coming to his aid. Besides, at this point, being fired by Trump is the equivalent of a badge of honor.
