States with new all time high hospitalized

Cases Hospitalized Per Million from
https://covidtracking.com/data/charts/daily-cases-and-currently-hospitalized

(Make sure you select per million from the Choose Units drop-down in the lower right corner. It's a much better comparison)

The following are the numbers hospitalized per million in states that are at all time highs for the state.

There are some other states with higher per million numbers, but those numbers are not all time highs for the state.

For comparison, the all time high across the US was NY with 970 per million hospitalized on April 13th. SD's curve is going straight up. They could beat NY.

I mean, I wonder if anyone in either of those states understands that high numbers are not desirable here?

11 deaths per day in MT

It is very depressing. One thing that is somewhat hopeful about the above numbers is that the survival rate among hospitalized is looking a lot better.
