So if he's "the keeper" of that mess, why are those multiple flagged tweets still up? Can't he just delete them? Or is Scavino the fallguy for all the stupid stuff Velveeta Voldemort post?

Oceangoing vessels actually do make Duluth Harbor a port of call.
